Currently, there is a job opening for an Apprentice candidate
Jobs requirements are:
- The Apprentice will have their Maths, English or ICT at G.C.S.E Grade C or above.
- Familiar with Microsoft office (excel) and Sage will be helpful.
- Good typing speed will be a good skill to have it.
- A person with a good personality and seriousness towards responsibilities.
- Responding to email enquiries.
- To assist with photocopying/ Scanning.
- Deal with posts and distribute them to the right people.
- To assist in letter writing and quotes and any other tasks as required.
- Take messages upon staff requests.
- Maintains safe and clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Basic book-keeping duties.
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Managing daily incoming and outgoing post
- Verifying calculations, working with the accounts system
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries and direct them to appropriate person.
- To assist with photocopying/ Scanning Deal with post and distribute to the right people.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
